Please find attached a letter we would like to file in the case of the
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM 98-42) regarding the regulation for RF
lighting.
This is the third submission in this proceeding, the two previous one you
may remember from my prior correspondence.
Could you please review this one again in view of the IEEE policy? We would
like to file this one as soon as possible.
