As for (1)-(3), this seems pretty straightforward, but we do need
contractor help. I know that I had a lot of problems getting the
802.16 server configured last time. This had partly to do with
damaged server software, but still there are issues of DHCP, DNS,
etc. 802.16 will provide someone (someone other than me this time, I
hope) to maintain and configure our own server, but we could really
use a consultant and some instructions on recommended configurations.
The pre-meeting work plan is dominated by a lot of detail about
running cables. It would be nice if it said more about configuration
and test. However, Section 1.3 does mention "assist with the
networking configuration on the servers"; I guess this should cover
it if the contractors are in a good mood.
By the way, 802.16 will bring its wireless access point to add in to
the network. We will also bring our many cables and our ten 5-port
hubs.

I don't think there is one. What do the WGs other than 11, 15, and 16
plan to do with the network?

I think Section 1.4 address this pretty well.

Good point. We should definitely network the printers. That was a
great feature at the last meeting; I could send print jobs from a
meeting room and have them available when I got to the office. I
think this ought to be in Section 1.3.

This is mentioned in Section 1.3. However, it doesn't say anything
about how that connection will be set up. As I understand the
contract, they aren't providing any equipment at all, so where is the
Internet interface coming from?
