Colleagues, I concur with Don Berry re the specificity of this Statement of
Work.
It was intentionally left non-specific to permit maximal flexibility to do
whatever is
needed. Part of the plan will to be to develop a much more specific set of
requirements
based on our experiences this time out, and cost estimates will be
fine-tuned accordingly.
This will hopefully form a solid basis for an on-going arrangement if it
looks to be cost effective.
Don has assured me that the understanding with the NCR engineer is that he
will do
"whatever is necessary" this time out to make things work AND stay within
the budget.
If we need cost adjustments for the future, those can be discussed
post-meeting.
Do we have your support on this plan ??? Please respond ASAP !!!
