RE: [802SEC] REFLECTOR SPAMMING
All,
In addition to the time delay, there is an additional time and nuisance
factor for the moderator involved.
Most of the mail-clients add a blank line before the message. The IEEE
majordomo ONLY looks in the first line for the Approve command. Hence, you
can not easily forward a message as the moderator. You first have to change
the configuration to unmoderated, then send the message (hope that nobody
slips in a message) and the to change the configuration back to moderated.
