[802SEC] Ofcom response proposed editorial

hi Roger,

 

Thomas saw your point on the line in the Ofcom response and here is a proposed replacement line:

 

“There are still 15 GHz of spectrum left in IEEE Std 802.15.3d-2017 that can be used only under the regime of footnote 5.565, where protection of passive service from harmful interference is required.”

 

I think it does work pretty well; are you okay with this editorial edit?
