The 2024 September IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session is scheduled to take place in Waikoloa on the Big Island of Hawaii at the Hilton Waikoloa Village.
In-Person and Virtual participation will be available for this session.

REGISTRATION
Fees and Deadlines
Early $US 600.00 until June 21, 2024
Standard $US 800.00 After June 21, until August 16, 2024
Late/Onsite $US 1000 after August 16, 2024
Student $US 100.00
Group Hotel Block Sold Out Payment of the full registration fee (no discount) will be required for all attendees not staying at the group hotel.
If you have an existing reservation and are registering after June 19, 2024 please complete your registration and contact the Meeting Planner at 802reg@facetoface-events.com to have a discount applied to your registration fee.

Change of Registration Type
If you are required to change your registration type after registration please contact the Meeting Planner, Face to Face Events at 802reg@facetoface-events.com prior to August 23, 2024.
LETTER OF INVITATION
If you requested a Letter of Invitation during registration one will be emailed to you once your registration and payment are complete.

HOTEL SOLD OUT
The group hotel room block is sold out, payment of full registration fees is required for all registrations that do not have a reservation at Hilton Waikoloa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Deadline: 7 Days (1 Week) Before Arrival Date
Hotel room reservations can be canceled without penalty until 1 week (7 Days) before the booked arrival date.
Within 1 week (7 Days), a cancellation fee of the first night’s room rate plus applicable sales tax will apply.
Late Arrival and No-Show Policy
Room reservations are guaranteed for late arrival until 8:00 AM the following day.
In case of no show, the penalty of a fee of the first night’s room rate plus applicable sales tax will apply.
Subject to Availability
All of the IEEE 802 room rates are subject to the availability in the Guest Room block.
Limited Availability Market Rate Rooms
At the date of issue, the Hilton Waikoloa Village has 5 rooms available over the dates of the 2024 September IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session.
Rooms are first come first serve. The rate is $US399.00. and can be requested by emailing the meeting planner at 802reg@facetoface-events.com
