[802.19] Questions on TVWS Control Channel Straw Poll

Steve,

 

In order to vote straw poll, I think we need to make it clear what is the control channel over TVWS for.

 

For examples, what information is dealt with? does it include information on imcumbent user like TVWS DB?

 

In addition, is it only for coexistence among diffferent 802 based TVBDs that are trying to share the same frequency band? or is it for coexistence among diffferent 802 based TVBDs as well as incumbent protection?
