17 May will work. Therefore could we add another Coex SC session on 17 May?
I can’t make it to the CAC meeting but will send snapshots tomorrow

It has been pointed out that I did not read your email correctly, and you suggested 17 May, whereas I read it as 10 May.
The 17 May might work. Let me ask my presenters …

I though of that, but the two sessions really need to go in order for context, and it is more important for the second session to avoid clashes.
There is no perfect answer. If we have to clash then we will manage it, but I would prefer to avoid the clash if TGme is happy to move.

HI Andrew,
Would adding Coex SC to Monday May 17 - PM2 ( 4-6pm ET) be an option?
Doesn't conflict with any TG and does not require any TG to move.

G’day Mike
There have been developments …
I have been working with Coex SC participants on the Coex SC agenda overnight
- It seems the that Coex SC has lots of material for May, including
- ETSI BRAN update
- NB FH coexistence in 6 GHz
- 60 GHz coexistence
- Most of this can be handled in the existing Wed PM2 session
- However, an extra session is needed to focus on how 802.11be and 802.11ax can operate (well) in the context of the newly agreed ETSI BRAN adaptivity rules in both 5 GHz and 6 GHz
- This session will be of particular interest to TGbe and TGme
- Time zone challenges mean that Thu PM2 is probably the only feasible slot
- This conflicts with TGme
- So I would like to propose
- Coex SC keep its Wed PM2 session
- This clashes with TGme
- It is not ideal that it clashes with TGme but it is manageable
- Coex SC adds a Thu PM2 session
- This also clashes with TGme
- This is definitely not ideal because the Coex SC topic is likely to be of importance to TGme, and a regular TGme participant will be driving discussions to Coex SC
- TGme move its Thu PM2 session
- Perhaps to Thu PM1?

Hi everyone,
Andrew alerted me to a discussion in Co-ex which potentially conflicts with REVme during Wednesday PM2. At this point, I don't know what topics we will be covering in REVme for that session (other than comment resolution).
I could request that we move the TGme session to Monday May 17 from 4-6pm ET, but I thought we could discuss this and come to a conclusion on Monday's call.
Cheers,
Mike
