Here's another set of references for XTRL:
https://www.google.com/?tbm=pts#hl=en&output=search&tbm=pts&sclient=psy-ab&q=Efficient+and+compact+subgroup+trace+representation&oq=Efficient+and+compact+subgroup+trace+representation&gs_l=hp.3..0i22i30.1815.1815.0.2336.1.1.0.0.0.0.144.144.0j1.1.0...0.0...1c.1.7.psy-ab.XPZ_swF5Rhk&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_qf.&bvm=bv.44158598,d.dmg&fp=93863d43ce7753f6&biw=1146&bih=659
I suggest that we should only be referencing NIST specifications. If NIST adds XTR, we can reference their specification and test vectors.
