Hello Alfred, Thank Laurent and you for your great effort on F2F MAC adhoc meeting. I have the same concern as Jinsoo. As 802.11be F2F MAC adhoc meeting is part
of regular IEEE 802.11 F2F meeting, it is better to follow the decision of 802 EC to keep the safety of participator.
Now it is difficult to have a F2F discussion because of travel restrictions of government and company travel restrictions. Teleconference call is
a good idea, but it is tough to have a whole day call for the people who are not in USA because of different time zones. Could you short it to about 2 or 3 hours and have more calls? Best wishes Ming Gan

Hi Alfred,
Thank you so much for your great effort on leading this group. I expected the ad-hoc meeting would be canceled based on IEEE 802 EC’s decision for the F2F plenary meeting.
But without any discussion in the group that decides to keep ad-hoc meeting (If I missed something, please correct me) while the decision for planning this meeting was discussed and decided together in the group, and without no particular change on situation
under which the 802 EC canceled the meeting, I’m not sure if this is the best way to go with since there will be inconvenience expected with such as running e-polls and kind of unfairness for members who are not capable of attending by F2F, safety as well
on top of them. If the group want to have a progress (I totally understand and agree we need to accelerate the discussion),
at least it would be good to open and discuss the item together. On any decision with those procedure, I guess everyone will gladly support it.
Thanks again for your devoted effort and please kindly let me know your opinion.
Best wishes, Jinsoo From: Alfred Asterjadhi
[mailto:asterjadhi@xxxxxxxxx] Hello all, I uploaded the revised agenda for the Ad-hoc meeting, including the submissions that were not covered during the conference calls.
Please also note that while attendance in person is still possible, it is strongly advisable to dial-in via the teleconference facilities being provided (please
refer to the agenda), due to the travel restrictions and health recommendations at company/government levels. For this particular event, and for future conferences we may need to run SPs via e-polls so that we can make some progress. I will send more details on this item after the CAC meeting that
is scheduled next Monday. Thank you for your understanding and please let me know
if you have any questions. Best Regards, Alfred -- Alfred Asterjadhi, PhD IEEE802.11 TGbe Chair, Qualcomm Technologies Inc. Cell #:
