[CID#3290, shift to below figure 37-3] In
UHR Co-BF joint NDP sounding sequence, to collect all
the required the channel state to compute a steering matrix for [CID#862] DL Co-BF transmission, both UHR Co-BF beamformer APs [CID#2988] shall need
to initiate the
UHR Co-BG joint NDP sounding sequence sequentially,
i.e., total two sequences. [CID#2989, remove
to PHY] For both UHR TB joint NDP sounding sequences, one AP conducts the
frequency correction on its EHT sounding NDPs to a TBD range of the reference
AP, which may be either AP1 or AP2. [CID#3290]
An example of a UHR [CID#920] Co-BF TB joint NDP sounding sequence
initiated from AP2 is shown in Figure [CID#75] 37-4 (UHR [CID#920] Co-BF
TB joint NDP sounding sequence initiated from AP2)
An example of a UHR [CID#920] Co-BF TB
sequential NDP sounding sequence initiated from AP2 is shown in Figure [CID#75]
37-2 (UHR [CID#920] Co-BF TB sequential NDP sounding sequence
initiated from AP2)
An example of a UHR [CID#920] Co-BF TB
joint NDP sounding sequence initiated from AP1 is shown in Figure 37-3 (UHR [CID#920] Co-BF TB joint NDP sounding sequence initiated from AP1).
An example of a UHR [CID#920] Co-BF TB
joint NDP sounding sequence initiated from AP2 is shown in Figure [CID#75] 37-4

[M#375] The term UHR Co-BF beamformer refers to a MU beamformer. The term UHR Co-BF beamformee refers to a MU beamformee. A UHR Co-BF beamformee only supports full bandwidth MU feedback.
I think UHR Co-BF beam former is more than a MU beam former, which can do cross BSS sounding.
I am not sure "A UHR Co-BF beamformee only supports full bandwidth MU feedback” is accurate. If MU beamformee supports both full bandwidth and partial bandwidth MU feedback, it still can be a UHR Co-BF beamformee.
I think it is better to use "A UHR Co-BF beamformee is only required to support full bandwidth MU feedback”.
[YW] I agree Co-BF beamformer is more than a MU beamformer. I expect the defination need to be changed in EHT PHY Capabilities section. same for the Co-BF beamformee. I will take the suggested text change and will upload r4.
[M#375 and CID#966]
The term UHR Co-BF beamformer refers to a UHR AP that operates as a MU
beamformer. The term UHR Co-BF beamformee refers to a UHR non-AP STA that
operates as a MU beamformee. A UHR Co-BF beamformee is only required to supports full
bandwidth MU feedback.

Hi You-Wei,I have a few questions on your document 681r1.Page 21, [CID#3290, shift to below figure 37-3] In UHR Co-BF sequential sounding sequence, to collect all the required the channel state to compute a steering matrix for [CID#862]DLCo-BF transmission, both UHR Co-BF beamformerAPs[CID#2988] shallneed toinitiate the sounding sequentially, i.e., total two sequences.[CID#2989, remove to PHY]For both UHR TB joint NDP sounding sequences, one AP conducts the frequency correction on its EHT sounding NDPs to a TBD range of the reference AP, which may be either AP1 or AP2.[CID#3290] An example of a UHR [CID#920] Co-BFTBjoint NDP sounding sequence initiated from AP2 is shown in Figure [CID#75] 37-4 (UHR [CID#920] Co-BFTBjoint NDP sounding sequence initiated from AP2)Why Figure 37-4 for joint NDP sounding sequence follows the description for sequential sounding sequence? Should "[CID#3290] An example of a UHR [CID#920] Co-BFTBjoint NDP sounding sequence initiated from AP2 is shown in Figure [CID#75] 37-4 (UHR [CID#920] Co-BFTBjoint NDP sounding sequence initiated from AP2)” after the paragraph above Figure 37-3.[M#375] The term UHR Co-BF beamformer refers to a MU beamformer. The term UHR Co-BF beamformee refers to a MU beamformee. A UHR Co-BF beamformee only supports full bandwidth MU feedback.
