During the May closing plenary in Waikoloa, a comment was made to consider shortening the teleconference notice requirement, noting that there is a case at the 802 level where a 5 day teleconference notice is permitted. The current 802.11 OM (https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/13/11-13-0001-04-0000-802-11-operations-manual.docx ) requires a 10 day notice for teleconferences (section 8.2),

The 802 LMSC P&P document (http://standards.ieee.org/about/sasb/audcom/pnp/LMSC.pdf ), section 5.5, list item e, has a 5 day announcement requirement for 802 TAG operation, see extracted text below:

LMSC sponsor meetings require 30 day announcement (section 6 of LMSC P&P) and Working Group meetings require a 30 day notice (section 10 of LMSC WG P&P http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/PNP/approved/IEEE_802_WG_PandP_v15.pdf ).

Comments/opinions on the teleconference announcement notice period duration are welcome.
