Thank you to all for your suggestions. A winner has been chosen according to highly scientific criteria (i.e. the one I liked the most). For your education and elucidation here are some of the losing suggestions: (you should be able to guess the author of at least one). To commemorate the 150th anniversary of Alice in Wonderland in 2015, can I suggest the following: l8tfavid8t – or some variation on Late for a very important date How about "imwim" (I am who I am) :)? NitHooD (now is the hour of our discontent) ? WocsTombs: Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent. (At least in the Ogden - Ramsey translation.) -- This should be private enough, as clearly not many writers follow it. oaFbt2sR “Only a fool breaks the 2 second rule”, The distance you are supposed to leave between you and the car in front. Obviously variations on the

Dear 802.11 members. Some time in the next week, the password of the 802.11 members area will change. Before that happens, I will send individual emails to the ~700 folks entitled to access with the new password. If you don’t receive my email and you are a member (I anticipate ~50 bounces), I don’t have a current email address for you. I will send out a further broadcast email when the change has taken place. If you don’t receive you password notification, send me an email requesting the details; and you might also want to check your IEEE web account details are current. At this point I’m looking for suggestions for passwords that are easy to remember and visually unambiguous. Please unicast me with any suggestions – for obvious reasons :0).
