[STDS-802-11] Revised results/was: Result of LB243 - IEEE 802.11 Second Recirculation Working Group Letter Ballot on P802.11ba D4.0 - Passed

All,

LB243 (still) passes. Corrected vote totals for this and the prior ballot are below.

LB237 - unchanged
LB241 - 2 additional voters (1 used alternate SA Pin, 1 exofficio)
LB243 - Additional voters, abstains - copy paste error

There are a number of invalid abstain votes (Lack of time, other). The only valid abstain reason is
lack of expertise. Also, if you vote "Disapprove" you must submit/have submitted comments.
