The following rule, The Use of Low Power Radio Frequency Devices in the frequency band 433.05 to 434.79 MHz (Exemption from License) Rules, 2022. is published in the Gazette of India on 9 May 2022, and in the DoT website on 13 May 2022:

Selected summary
- No licenses shall be required
- Technical specifications for devices with different EIRP are provided in the table therein.
