I added the 11 reflector.
A little bit to add, this consultation asking for public opinion on the regulation change and the test methods is limited to wireless LAN and Bluetooth in 2.4 GHz band (i.e.,
it does not touch other unlicensed systems). This is the outcome of the report on deregulation for 2.4 GHz wireless LAN and Bluetooth which was published in March this year: https://www.soumu.go.jp/menu_news/s-news/01kiban12_02000150.html report:
