I have completed my clean-up revision incorporating
the revisions accommodating 80216e-03_07r4 outline structure and content
changes, and input from participants at Session 27 and through the
reflector. The contribution, while posted as C80216e-03_57, is still open
for comment, contribution, and revision through the Session 28 meeting
date. Future revision to the document will be posted as 'rev.x'
revisions. I encourage continued review and debate. The document is
intended to elicit discussion.
Note that the document includes
substantial/unattributed editorial and language corrections in addition to
its structural and content revisions.
Sorry for the delay getting this in. It was
far more work than I originally considered.
