I'm Beomjoon (BJ) Kim from LG

As said before, I've submitted a contribution
about Idle Mode operations.
(Please refer to the contribution of C802
16e-04_105_Complementing Idle Mode Opreations.)
In brief, the contribution includes a few
minor change in order to clarify the operation of Idle Mode in terms of
paging_announce message, MOB_PAG-ADV message, and RNG_REQ message used when an
MSS tries to re-enter a network after going outside the current paging
zone.
Anyone who has a comment, I'll wait
