stds-802-16: IEEE 802.16 Draft Approved by Standards Review Committee (RevCom)

IEEE 802.16/D5 was approved today by the Standards Review Committee 
(RevCom) of the IEEE Standards Board.

I continue to expect it to be approved for publication tomorrow 
morning by the full Standards Board.
