Re: [STDS-802-16] release of IEEE P802.16e/D3
Dear Mr. Ryu,
I've looked into this issue and I discovered the error occurred in the Commentary Database, where the group resolution for comment #132 is to "adopt the contribution C802.16e-04_73.", where it should have read "Adopt contribution C802.16e-04_73r1".
This was my mistake at the meeting, and I apologize. As Roger has stated, we can fix this mistake on the next round, and the best way to do this is to raise a new comment against P802.16e_D3.

Dear Mr. Ryu,
Thanks for calling this issue to my attention.
Our editors are quite busy and can easily make an error, particularly
when multiple versions of contributions are submitted. I'm sure that
the TGe editor, Ron Murias, will take a look to understand what
happened.
It will not be possible to correct any editorial errors at this time.
However, D3 is subject to recirculation. It would be appropriate to
raise your point as a ballot comment. Given the situation you
described, this could be accepted as an editorial comment at the July
session so that the correction would be included in D4.
Regards,
Roger
