Since I was the one who made the Comment in TGe to remand the Annex material
over to TGg, I will make the Comment, likely during the next Call for
Contribution cycle, to include the material in TGg, though I should expect
additional action be approved to revise and 'clean-up' the material as a
part of acceptance. The 16g Call for Contributions for Session #34 is
limited in scope (table of contents for initial draft, skeleton document,
and/or network architecture reference models) to creating the basic context
framework under which future contributions can be assessed. So my Comment to
include this material is necessarily delayed until the next Call for
Contributions. But be assured that this material will be submitted and
considered for TGg in the future.
