[STDS-802-16] Few days remaining to cast ballot on Letter Ballot #16

Just a friendly reminder to 802.16 Letter Ballot #16 Ballot Group Members to, if you have yet to do so, cast your ballot on the Letter Ballot #16 on the resolution:

Please note the report update date in the report Summary Results section of the ballot status page. If you balloted prior to the report update date and your ballot is not reflected in the report date, re-ballot to assure that you are counted. The NetMan TG Leadership Team will attempt to expedite comment database preparation upon closing of the November 1 deadline to open the way for reply comments. We expect to announce that reply comments will be due November 8 AOE, so be prepared.
