[STDS-802-16] IEEE 802 PARs for review at March Plenary

Folks,

During the March 2005 IEEE 802 Plenary (which includes 802.16's
Session #36), three new PARs will be up for consideration:

If you have any concerns, please let me know. We will need to address
these at the 802.16 Opening Plenary of 14 March, because comments to
the proposing Working Groups are due at 5 pm on 15 March.
