[STDS-802-16] IEEE 802 PARs for review at March Plenary

Folks,

During the March 2006 IEEE 802 Plenary (which includes 802.16's 
Session #42), several PAR issues will be up for consideration:

If you have any concerns, please let me know. We will need to address 
these at the 802.16 Opening Plenary of 6 March, because comments to 
the proposing Working Groups are due at 5 pm on 7 March.
