The reason that some of these contributions have not included
contributors is there is an upload software problem last night. When I
was uploading contribution last night, the web page opened up three
description fields, each for a line input. However the upload software
did not take the information from the second and third fields. I think
that is the reason you don't see the contributors included in those
submission. What should we do? Now the upload software is Ok, should we
resubmit them again? But, the software doesn't accept resubmission of
the same doc.

For reasons that I do not understand, most of the contributions in
the TGe upload area:
<http://tge.wirelessman.org>
have not included the contributors' names in the description field.
The rules require that this included as the second line.
I have added a note in each of these cases, specifying that the
contribution is not accepted.
Also, many of the reservations include no name. These reservations
are invalid, as noted.
If you are responsible for these faulty uploads, you may upload a
correction.
I strongly suggest that future uploads follow the required procedure.
