[STDS-802-16] 802.16f approved

802.16f ("Management Information Base") was approved today by the IEEE-SA Standards Board. As a result, IEEE Std 802.16-2004 is now considered to be amended by the new IEEE Std 802.16f.

I'll forward the formal notice when I receive it.

Congratulations to the participants, the Working Group, and the NetMan Task Group, especially Chair Phil Barber and Editor Joey Chou.
