Good point Rajesh. And many of us who will be attending the WiMAX session
preceding the 802.16 meeting will be arriving on January 6. Some will also
want to extend their stay for a few days to visit around.

Hello Aditya:
I received confirmation from the hotel on my room reservation
request within about 48hrs (not bad). However they are charging
me rack rate of USD$275 for the night of Jan 12th (instead of the
meeting negotiated rate of $195 for other nights). On follow up
with the hotel - they inform that the block rate applies only between
Jan 8 and Jan 12.
Seems we need to work with the hotel on systemic level - instead
of us following up with the hotel individually. What would you think ..
