Re: [STDS-802-16] An error in 802.16-2004 spec?

As I understand this section – it is meant as a sort of preface for the whole DSX TLV's (section 11.13.19.3.2). Maybe it should be numbered in a different way, but there is nothing missing

Section 11.13.19.3.1 says: "The following TLV encoded parameters shall be used in registration messages...".

But where are these parameters defined? I couldn't find them in either Cor1 D5 or 16e D12.
