[STDS-802-16] results from 802 EC Meeting of 10 March 2006

All of 802.16's motions were approved at the 802 EC meeting today. 
Some related motions were also approved. See:

Also, all but one of the PAR proposals before the EC:

were approved (though some in modified form), with one exception.
