[STDS-802-16] Working Group Review: IEEE P802.16h Working Document from License-Exempt TG

IEEE 802.16's License-Exempt Task Group has posted an updated P802.16h Working Document:

In accordance with a WG decision at the Session #42 Closing Plenary, this document is being submitted for Working Group Review. For details, see the announcement:

The deadline is 2 May AOE.
PARTICIPANTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THE DOCUMENT in preparation for an upcoming decision, at Session #43, on adopting the working document as a draft standard and subjecting it to a WG letter ballot. Participation in the review is optional, with no membership implications, and no votes will be collected.
