[STDS-802-16] compact DL-MAP IE

Hi,

Could anyone tell me where exactly the compact DL-MAP IE is used. I am
mainly concerned about the OFDMA part and it has sufficient IE's for CC
and IR-HARQ schemes (the sub-burst IE's). or, does compact DL-MAP IE
give a generic description for such HARQ descriptor IE's?. Also, where
could I find description of the shortened DIUC (3-bits) of the compact
DL-MAP IE.
