[STDS-802-16] "OFDMA Uplink_Burst_Profile TLV format for multiple FEC types" & "OFDMA Downlink_Burst_Profile TLV format for multiple FEC types"

Dear All:

I found some problems of description:

1. 16e ---> 8.4.5.5 Burst profile format ---> Table 304b

  Uplink burst profile{ 
    Type = 13
     *
  }

  However,  in 16e ---> 11.3.1 UCD channel encodings ---> Table 353

  Uplink_burst_profile for multiple FEC types    Type = 202

2. When I prepare the simulation of OFDMA with LDPC coding, I found:

   8.4.5.5 Burst profile format-->Table 304a
   I can configure "Coding Type" to LDPC. But I cannot find the modulation
   and rate information for downlink LDPC coding scheme.
