[STDS-802-16] IEEE 802.16 Letter Ballot #23 results
Working Group Letter Ballot #23 closed on 8 November. The results are
here:

This was a unique situation. As a result of our new WG maintenance
process, we were collecting not one but 532 votes from each member.
This entailed the development of new Commentary 2 software, in short
order. The development had some bugs (I appreciate the patience), and
the members needed to follow some new procedures (including the use
of a Member ID number).
The report includes the following:

This report shows that 516 Change Requests (CRs) were approved and 16
disapproved (pending comment resolution and recirculation).
