[STDS-802-16] liaison statement from ETSI BRAN

The 802.16 Working Group has received a liaison statement from ETSI  
BRAN:

Numbering in Revision 2 of IEEE 802.16 standard

This statement will be reviewed at the Session #50 Opening Plenary.  
It will be of particular interest to the Maintenance TG.
