We now have information and details available for IEEE 802.16 Session #68.5:
IEEE 802.16's Session #68.5 will take place on 16-19 August 2010 in Calgary, Canada. This will be a Special Interim for 802.16 Task Group m only. The session purpose is to conduct comment resolution following the first Sponsor Ballot recirculation of the 802.16m draft standard.
Ron Murias has kindly and generously volunteered to serve as Member Host for this session. Thanks, Ron!
The session opens Monday at 1 pm and closes on Thursday evening by 5 pm.
We can now announce that the session will take place at the Hyatt Regency Calgary. The session is coordinated with a session the prior week of two working groups of the WiMAX Forum . For the two coordinated sessions, the registration method and the hotel reservation method are linked. Those attending both sessions may register for both in a single process and may reserve hotel rooms in a single reservation process. The room reservation process is now open at the web site.
The preregistration fee for IEEE 802.16 Session #68.5 is $200 prior to the preregistration deadline of [15=>22] July; it then rises to $300.
