[STDS-802-16] Session #71 update for attendees

Here are some announcements for Session #71 attendees:

*The attendance system is working at <http://attendance.wirelessman.org>. Due to network issues on Monday, I understand that people were not able to sign in and will not hold that against you in computing participation credits.

*The hosts have provided some information on the Wednesday evening social event, and a Friday morning museum tour:
