I just had a discussion with John Hawkins about how 802.17 electronic voting
would take place.  We discussed the need for 802.17 rules regarding
electronic balloting.  I have attached the electronic balloting rules that
were developed for the IEEE 802.5 Token Ring Working Group about 7 years
ago.  We may want to consider adopting similar rules.  I warn you that
getting a quorum to respond to the electronic ballot may not be easy.
