Rough agenda:
  * A component of Table 9.4, row 10 is the following:
      nrXmitRate < unreservedRate
  * Downstream shaper -- should it include the STQ
  * Review of problematic scenario from DVJ
  * ATT simulation results
  * Review the classA1 problem and potential solutions
  * Review the classB problem and potential solution

On the first topic:

A component of Table 9.4, row 10 is the following:
  nrXmitRate < unreservedRate
this is a functionally equivalent, with the exception of
a longer time constant (the downstream shaper accumulates
only a minimal number of credits).

DVJ also has a concern on the STQ shaping.
Jon also has some concerns on the STQ shaping.

Jon: The STQ does not fill, so concern on why we have STQ?
He feels this is a fundamental problem, must be solved.

KK: Simulation by next Tuesday, summary presented today.
Next week may have some STQ downstream shaper result.
To night to publish the scenarios that they have seen.

DVJ: Does the classB stop when STQ fills up?
No, not currently. This may be a concern.

Next week agenda:

Jon: To present previous simulation, possibly same as ATT.
If ATT scenario seems wrong, comment on Thursday.

KK: To present results, impact of shaperD going negative.
Also to show impact on classA0 traffic.

DVJ: Generate scenario of possible concern, more typical.

DVJ question on Net meeting:
Necdet and KK: cannot be used due to company firewalls.

Necdet:
  Comment ???:
