I have two questions about rprSpanProtectionHoldOffTimer.

rprSpanProtectionHoldOffTimer is defined as 0 - 500ms.
But RPR ring provides protection within 50ms of detection of a link or station failure.
Does it allow that rprSpanProtectionHoldOffTimer is set over 50ms?

And
When a KeepAliveTimer expires, does protection state turn to SF from IDLE? 
Or when HoldOffTimer expires, does protection state turn to SF from IDLE?
