Hi Mike,
I contacted the Sierra Suites to block 15 rooms. Unfortunately, the SS is
sold out on 16, 17 and 18 May due to graduation ceremonies at Rutger's
University.
I called the Embassy Suites and they have availability. I have set aside 15
rooms for your group. The rate at the Embassy Suites is $103.00/night
including breakfast and afternoon social. Please let me know if you would
like me to keep this room block or cancel. The Embassy Suites is located
five minutes from the IEEE Operations Center.
When you call for reservations, please mention IEEE to get the preferred
rate. The direct phone number to the hotel is 732-980-0500 or 800-362-2779
toll free. The cut off date for reservation is 29 April. The Embassy Suites
is located at 121 Centennial Avenue, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
Let me know if you need any other assistance.
Regards,
Terry

Terry,
15 people is about the maximum we expect. If it grows
I'll try to let you know in advance. A boardroom setup
is preferable, but a classroom setup is acceptable.
Thanks for contacting the Sierra Suites.
cheers,
mike
