Meeting Plans for January 802.19 Session

All,

 

            I need to give F2F our meeting requirements for the January 802.19 session.  We need time for the TAG to meet and also for the Study Group to meet.

 

            I would suggest the following meeting times.  Please send me your comments.

 

Monday            4 – 6 PM                   Study Group

Tuesday            8 AM – 12:30 PM      Study Group

Tuesday            1:30 – 6:00 PM         TAG

 

            This gives us three two-hour meetings for the study group to meet to finalize the PAR and 5C.  This gives the other working groups a time when they can come in and give us feedback.  We would likely finish in less time but I thought I should include enough time for discussion.  This also gives us time for two two-hour meeting of the TAG to hear technical contributions.
