Thanks.
We need to be clear about the similarity.
The following three standards project are for new MAC/PHY to operate in the TVWS
1. 802.22
2. 802.11 TVWS
3. CogNea
However, the 19 work is on coexistence of these standards, so they are related but they are for offering wireless protocol in the TVWS where 19 would of course develop coexistence in the TVWS. If the 19 SG considers a wireless control channel then that would be more similar to the three standards project listed above.
