I agree with Stefano as well, as this
might be a good test of how “mature” our draft is and in general
this process should lead to good forward progress. Given that there is good support for this,
we shall work out some more details of this process and then present this to the

and once we get these addressed in the That would give us an opportunity to address comments from
WG members and get things primed up for next stage in the process. We could
invite comments on draft over a certain period of time, say a week or two and
then hopefully we could get these comments addressed through teleconferences
and emails leading up to March and that way the updated draft in March would be
