Based on the feedback at the meeting here,
there is good response to go ahead with the internal ballot. Here are some tentative suggested timelines
which would be confirmed later during the meeting. New Draft version 05 due: Jan
30, 2006 (inclusive of all comments resolved in Jan meeting) Internal ballot comments due: Feb
10, 2006 Weekly teleconferences:
Feb 14, 21, 28 to resolve the comments Letter
Ballot:
March 2006 More details on the process and timelines shall

and once we get these addressed in the That would give us an opportunity to address comments from
WG members and get things primed up for next stage in the process. We could
invite comments on draft over a certain period of time, say a week or two and
then hopefully we could get these comments addressed through teleconferences
and emails leading up to March and that way the updated draft in March would be
