RE: [802.21] IETF draft on problem statement
Hi Qiaobing,
Thanks for the comment. I agree with you that the title may not be clear
and may imply overlap with Mobility signaling. We should improve the
title like "Media Independent Handovers - a problem statement". We have
the text inside to say how it is different from Mobile-IP. If you have
any additional specific text proposals in this regard, that would be
great input.
