Dear all, 

Attached is a joint contribution from Broadlight, Ericsson, Huawei, and
Motorola on the topic of power saving in ONU equipment.  I think this gives
some more perspective on the issues at hand, and would add to our
discussion.  

I have the authors' permission to distribute this document to the 802.3av
task force.
