Ben,
I'd like to participate in this adhoc, so I'll run through the things
you mention:
I'm approaching this as a possible implementor rather than a "consumer",
so I'm not sure at all what the requirements of the pattern are from a
PMD point of view.
If we do go down the route of conference calls (and I have no particular
preference), I'm in the UK and therefore TZ=GMT.
