The IEEE 802 Group Reservations Rate deadline for the 2024 March IEEE 802 Plenary session is February 16, 2024.

 

If you plan to attend the session and stay at the Hyatt Regency Denver, please ensure you've completed your reservation before the deadline. Group rates and availability are not guaranteed after the block is full, or the deadline has passed. 

 

Complete Details about the IEEE 802 Room block at Hyatt Regency Denver are enclosed.

IEEE 802 HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center
650 15th Street
Denver, CO 80202
USA

Group Rate Cutoff Date
February 16, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain time or sooner if the IEEE 802 Group Block is sold out.

RATES & POLICIES


Nightly Rates (Single/Double Occupancy)

  • $US 219.00 per night

Children Under 18 Years of Age

  • Children under 18 stay free in the same room as parents, if utilizing existing bedding.

Extra Person(s) Rate

  • For every third and fourth occupant in the room is $15.00 per person, per night plus tax (maximum of four persons).

Taxes and Fees (Single/Double Occupancy)
$34.49 per room, per night

Booking Policy (Credit Card Guarantee)

  • Bookings need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
  • This credit card will not be charged before arrival; payment is due upon arrival at the hotel by the guest.
  • Only in case of applying cancellation and/or NoShow charges will the hotel charge the advised credit card.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Deadline: 72 Hours Before Arrival
  • Hotel room reservations can be canceled free of charge without penalty until 72 Hours (3 days) before the reservation Check-in date.
  • Afterwards, a cancellation fee for one night’s accommodations will be made to the credit card on file, and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.
  • This penalty applies to each reserved room cancelled after the cancellation deadline.

No Show Policy

  • In case of a no show, the penalty of 100% of the contracted room rate per room for one night applies and will be charged.

Early Check-Out Policy

  • If a Meeting attendee who has reserved a room within the Room Block checks out before the reserved checkout date, the Hotel shall charge an early departure fee of one-night charge. 

Subject to Availability

  • All of the IEEE 802 room rates are subject to the availability in the Guest Room block.
  • When the block is sold out, or the February 16, 2024, deadline has passed, market rates will apply.
