Hello IEEE 802 Participants,

Registration is open for the IEEE 802 November 2025 Plenary Session.

Event Overview

  • Dates: November 9–14, 2025
  • Venue: Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, 199 Sukhumvit Alley 22, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand
  • Format: In-Person and Virtual
  • Participating Groups: 802.1, 802.3, 802.11, 802.15, 802.18, 802.19, 802.24

Register

Fees

  • Early: USD $600 — until September 26, 2025
  • Standard: USD $800 — September 27–October 31, 2025
  • Late: USD $1,000 — after October 31, 2025

Hotel Discount on Registration

  • Save USD $300 when you book 3+ nights at the IEEE 802 group hotel (Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park); discount applied at checkout.
  • Enter your hotel confirmation number during registration. After registering, please email it to register@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

    • Full refund for cancellations by September 26, 2025
    • USD $150 cancellation fee for cancellations September 27–October 31, 2025
    • No refunds after October 31, 2025

Travel to Thailand (Important)

An ordinary passport holder who wishes to enter Thailand to participate in MICE event (Meeting, Incentives, Convention & Exhibitions) supported by TCEB is granted a Tourist visa.

This means individuals from countries that require a visa to enter Thailand and travelling to Bangkok to attend 2025 November IEEE 802 Plenary Session have to apply for a "Tourist Visa".

Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC): Required for all non-Thai nationals; complete online before entry.

Letter of Invitation

  • A link to request a Letter of Invitation will be included in your registration confirmation email after payment is processed.

Key Dates (Reminders)

  • Early registration ends: September 26, 2025
  • Change registration type deadline: October 31, 2025
  • Hotel booking deadline: October 14, 2025
