Re: [RE] video signals over ethernet/fiber
Chez,
I'm not aware of studies, but I like the concept.
I would like to have my PC in the garage, where I can't hear it,
and my monitor in my study, where I can see it.
Ethernet is the local interconnect between the two.
I'm not sure of how long the acceptable delays would be in the
keyboard-to-display path. Does anyone have any experience with
these delays? Are they similar to the acceptable telephone
or jam-session delays?

Hello all,
I am looking for pointers of any studies done on using ethernet or
fiber cables to do video connectivity such as between the pc and monitor.
thanks,
